Abstract:Pseudomonas aeruginosa is an opportunistic pathogen which infect immunocompromised patients. bacteria produce large types of virulence factors that serves its pathogenicity. The exotoxin A is major toxic extracellular virulent factor produced by P. aeruginosa.
