Experimental Study of Surface Properties of Gas-Thermal Coatings of the Rotor of Downhole Drilling Motor

Abstract: The article presents the results of experimental studies of the surface properties of gas-thermal spray coatings of the rotor downhole drilling motors. Was analyzed the adhesion and corrosion resistance of coatings, obtained as a result of putting various powders on steel of various grades. It was established experimentally that the substrate material of the examined steels has almost no effect on the adhesion of the coating.
