The thermodynamic indicators of each of the metals in the PG-C27 (Sormite) powder coating product were calculated at different temperatures and the composition of the reactive gases resulting from the combustion of the gas flame, which is widely used in the production of corrosionresistant coatings on the surface of details in a gas flame. It was determined that Cr-chromium, Feiron, and Ni-nickel powder particles flowing together at the temperature of 1800 °C in the central core of the gas flame and the combustion reaction medium do not oxidize. The Cr-chromium powder particles contained in the powder mixture flowing from the inner side of the gas flame are oxidized by the water vapor produced by the gas combustion. However, it was found that Fe-iron and Ni-nickel powder particles in the flow are not oxidized. It was revealed that all metal powder particles in the powder mixture are completely oxidized due to the effect of water vapor and oxygen on the outer side of the gas flame.
