The vibration and noise of the cell induction heating module will directly affect the reliability of the module and the hidden danger of production safety. In this paper, the noise generation mechanism of a cell heating device is analyzed, and the influence factors of electromagnetic noise and noise reduction strategies are introduced. Three factors, namely, silicon steel sheet orientation, wedge tightening and potting state, were selected for DOE test study, and the law of the influence of these three factors on electromagnetic noise was summarized. The main order of influence was wedge tightening, potting state and silicon steel orientation. According to the above research results and the optimization design of the heating device, the results show that the overall noise of the heating device is 73.5dB under the scheme of using non-oriented silicon steel, adding wedge fastening and potting, which is more than 20dB lower than the noise before optimization. The optimization scheme can effectively increase the reliability of the device, improve the life of the whole machine, ensure the sustainable operation of the equipment, and reduce the replacement cost of the equipment.
