Abstract:This letter reports on experimental results of high data rate transmissions using a sub-terahertz single-carrier (SC) transmission scheme. One requirement for 6G is achieving a data rate exceeding 100 Gbps. According to Shannon's channel capacity, the data rate is proportional to the transmission-signal bandwidth.
