Experimental Study on the Development of Food Drying Machine for Home Use Using Low Electricity

Abstract: This study has been analyzed and investigated the possibility for the substitution of a heat source with the application of PTC(Positive Temperature Coefficient Heater) in a food drying machine.And this experiment was conducted to measure temperatures at the upper part of the vessel and the heat sink.
