Abstract:This study experiments on a single-cylinder, four-stroke, variable compression ratio diesel engine by comparing the performance and emission properties of diesel and linseed biodiesel blends. The biodiesel blends were obtained using a volume basis of 10%,20%,30%, and 40% of the linseed biodiesel blends, respectively, for experimentation.
