Experimentelle Untersuchung, Modellierung und optimale Berechnung eines mehrstufigen Säulenfermentors. I. Theoretische Analyse und Synthese des mathematischen Modells

Abstract: A model of the process of aerobic fermentation in a tower fermenter devided in sections was established and examined by experiments. In this part data for the concentration of biomass, substrate and oxygen in the sections of the bioreactor at countercurrent moving of the phases were characterized.
