“…For each specific food innovation, only the number of agrees and strongly agrees were counted as agreement. We included the specific food innovations that received a priori ≥70% agreement (ten or more responses were agree or strongly agree) in the round-three questionnaire [ 33 , 34 ]. Due to the great number of innovations ( n = 9) that received 69.2% agreement, we decided to include them on the round three questionnaire with those ≥70% to clarify their prospective availability.…”
