Abstract:For protein imprinting, template molecule anchoring and imprinting site recognition are very important processes. Herein, we have proposed for the first time to use photo‐switchable host–guest interactions between α‐cyclodextrin (α‐CD)‐modified bovine serum albumin (BSA) and azobenzene coated organic covalent framework (COF) to immobilize and elute proteins. A novel surface labeled polymer microspheres (COF‐MIPs) were constructed, which could reduce the mass transfer resistance and accelerate the adsorption pr… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
