Exploratory study of suspended sediment concentrations downstream of harvested peat bogs

Abstract: Peat bog harvesting is an important industry in many countries, including Canada. To harvest peat, bogs are drained and drainage water is evacuated towards neighboring rivers, estuaries or coastal waters.
