Abstract:This study explores the perceptions of educators toward arts, focusing on participants of the ERASMUS Program. Employing a correlational survey method, data was collected using the "Attitudes toward Arts Scale" from 52 educators through convenience sampling. Descriptive statistics revealed moderate to high attitudes across subscales, with a total mean score of 92.73 out of a possible 115.
