Abstract:Background
Sleep disturbances can lead to poor job performance, increased work stress and absenteeism, and reduced job satisfaction and confidence among employees. Traditional industry employees experience significantly higher shift work and occupational burnout levels than other sectors. Therefore, this warrants exploring whether shift work, occupational burnout, and health promotion behavior are related to sleep disturbances among traditional industry employees.
