Exploring intergenerational differences in the virtue of appreciation at the workplace

Abstract: Purpose The present study aims to explore the intergenerational differences in the virtue of appreciation. The construct of appreciation takes a broadened perspective with six dimensions of “have” focus, awe, ritual, present moment, loss/adversity and interpersonal appreciation.
