Abstract:The chapter explores protective factors that can reduce stress in university students, highlighting cultural differences in stress responses. Using a literature review and document analysis method, it emphasizes holistic stress management, highlighting the importance of resilience, self-care, social support, coping abilities, and financial stability. The study suggests creating a welcoming campus environment, promoting social interactions, and providing resources to safeguard students' well-being.
