Abstract: Objectives: To explore the challenges and experiences of Prehospital Emergency Personnel in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic in Iran. “…Following the increased number of missions due to the prevalence of COVID-19, measures taken by emergency medical centers included increased number of personnel, the reduced leave time between shifts, and the increased overtime hours to provide better service (9).
