Abstract:This case involves a 63-year-old multiparous woman with no significant medical history and no known exposure to tuberculosis. She presented with chronic abdominal pain and weight loss, anorexia, and subjective fevers. During the clinical examination, the patient was found to have ascites, bilateral pleural effusion, fever, and a general deterioration in her condition.
