Over the years, in line with the positive psychology movement, Dr. Barrett shifted its focus from treating anxiety disorders in clinical settings to a universal intervention that was delivered in schools to promote positive emotional health (Barrett & Turner, 2001;Lowry-Webster et al, 2001; Lowry-Webster, Mostert & Loxton, 2008).
