Abstract:Moebius syndrome (MBS) is a rare congenital disorder characterized by non-progressive facial palsy and ocular abduction paralysis. Most cases are sporadic, but also rare familial cases with autosomal dominant transmission and incomplete penetrance/variable expressivity have been described.
