Abstract:Acute-on-Chronic Liver Failure (ACLF) is an acute and severe disease involving single or multiple organ failure. Due to the unclear pathogenesis, there is still a lack of effective drug treatment. Intestinal microbiota is closely related to Bile Acid (BA) metabolism.
