Exploring the optical and electrical characteristics of CuO/CuCo2O4 composites

Abstract: Series of CuO/CuCo2O4 composites were prepared by using the combustion method followed by heating at 750oC with different molar ratios of Cu/Co. Characterization of different composites is systematically investigated with various analytical techniques. X-ray diffraction patterns and Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy indicate the growth of well crystalline CuCo2O4 nanoparticles with a cubic spinel structure.
