Abstract: Myopia is a leading cause of visual impairment worldwide, whose pathogenesis remains poorly understood. We comprehensively performed phenome-wide Mendelian randomization analysis (MR-PheWAS) to explore causal factors and potential therapeutic targets for myopia in participants from the UK Biobank study.
