Exploring the Prevalence of Teachers’ Organizational Citizenship Behaviour and its Determinants: Evidence from an under-researched Cultural Milieu

Abstract: Teachers’ organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB) is the teacher behaviour that is discretionary, not directly or explicitly recognised by the formal reward system.
