Exploring the relationships among tacit knowledge sharing, mentoring and employees’ abilities

Abstract: Purpose This study aims to assess the relationships among tacit knowledge sharing, mentoring and employees’ abilities in the areas of solving the work problems, adaptation to environments and creation of new innovative ideas.
