Abstract: Fusobacterium nucleatum (Fn) has been extensively studied for its connection to colorectal cancer (CRC) and its potential role in chemotherapy resistance. Studies indicate that Fn is commonly found in CRC tissues and is associated with unfavorable prognosis and treatment failure.
