Exploring the Roles of Renewable Energy, Education Spending, and CO2 Emissions towards Health Spending in South Asian Countries

Abstract: This research is mainly aimed at determining the effect of renewable energy (RE), education expenditures, and CO2 emissions on health expenditures in selected South Asian countries. There is an insufficient number of studies that investigate the linkages between health expenditures (HE) and CO2 emissions in South Asian countries. This study combined RE and gross domestic product (GDP) to identify their effect on health spending. We utilized the annual data of 1990–2018, and applied FMOLS and DOLS estimators ov… Show more

“…The historical evolution of micro robots reflects a trajectory of innovation driven by interdisciplinary collaboration, technological breakthroughs, and a growing understanding of the potential impact of these tiny yet powerful machines in various fields. The Microrobots find applications in targeted drug delivery and minimally invasive surgery in biomedical settings, while also contributing to pollution monitoring and micro-scale manipulation in environmental contexts. Additionally, they play a role in micro assembly and quality control processes within various industrial sectors [15]. With respect to area of use , there are some area and disease that micro robots can be applied.…”

“…To gather a general idea if the use of solar thermal systems is technologically beneficial and is a lucrative option for environment protection by doing away with the exploitation of dwindling fossil fuel resources, it is required to conduct the real-life studies under different conditions of solar radiation availability, ambient temperature, and other climatic conditions, viz., average number of cloudy days, duration of daytime at various seasons (depends upon the latitude and longitude of a place). Even if it is admitted that replacement of fossil fuel by solar energy is technologically feasible for SIPH and sociologically mandatory [37,38] to reduce CO 2 emission, vis à vis curtailment in health expenditure of a country [37], what remains to be known is the direct economic denomination accruable by the use of solar technology for process heating in Indian textile industries. Therefore, the selection of locations should be made in such a way that there is enough scope for comparison of cases with widely varying annual availability of solar radiation.…”

“…NW standard errors were used for confirming the results and noticing their robustness. In addition, country-level estimations were conducted using the fully modified ordinary least squares (FMOLS) estimation, which can give an overview of the long-run relationship among the observed variables [24]. Last, but not least, a causality analysis was performed using the contribution by [25].…”
