Abstract:To assist clinicians in formulating treatment strategies for endometrial cancer (EC), this retrospective study explores the relationship between tumor volume and clinical pathological features, as well as prognosis, in patients undergoing staging surgery. Preoperative pelvic MRI examinations were conducted on 234 histologically confirmed EC patients.
