Exploring the Use of the Competing Values Framework in Engineering Education

Abstract: This study investigates the adaption of the Competing Values Framework (CVF) for use in studying behavioral complexity and leadership in engineering students working in project teams. Based on a foundation of other studies that leverage the CVF in an engineering education context, the CVF survey was slightly modified to be appropriate.
