Abstract: Workers in epoxy resin, synthetic leather, and printed circuit board manufacturing plants are exposed to epichlorohydrin (ECH), or dimethylformamide (DMF), or both. ECH, an alkylating agent, has been shown to cause malignancy in animals, but its genotoxicity in humans is unclear.
