In his commentary, the author offered a major overview of the risk of acute renal failure (ARF) when exposed to angiotensin‐converting enzyme inhibitors (ACE‐Is) and angiotensin receptor antagonists (ARAs) in several medical conditions. This is a very useful comment, alerting to the need to temporarily stop ACE‐I or ARA in all clinical situations at risk of ARF.…”
