Abstract:Our study aimed to quantify toxic metals (Arsenic, As, Cadmium, Cd, Chromium, Cr, Mercury, Hg and Lead, Pb) in rice, determine the factors affecting its contamination, and evaluate the dietary exposure from its consumption in Lebanon and UAE.
