The article conducts research one of the expansion phase of emergency with an Intercontinental Ballistic Missile, accompanied by an carrier explosion, an ejection of the reentry vehicle from a silo and its subsequent fall. The simulation of the collision of the reentry vehicle with a weakly deformable barrier in the event of fall is performed, the result calculation valuation and experiment are carried out.

During the first twenty years of the ХХI century a number of a different nature armed conflicts have occurred. In some of them states with nuclear-missile take part. The article researches one of the phases of emergency situation growth driven by fire generated conventional weapon on the mobile launch platform with solid-propellant ballistic missile. The simulation of the thermal effect on air frame and transporter-launcher container is performed, the result calculation valuation and experiment are carried out.

Development and creation of technical diagnostics promising systems allowing periodic and continuous characteristics and parameters monitoring of nuclear power plant on a moving unit without direct participation of staff is a priority task. The article discusses the possibility of creating monitoring systems, which will allow not only giving object state information and helping to prevent accidental situations.
