Expression and characterization of a chimeric bifunctional antibody with therapeutic applications.

Abstract: A simple method is described for the generation of a biologically produced mouse/human chimeric hetero-bifunctional antibody that has dual specificity for human carcinoembryonic Ag and metal chelate haptens.
