Abstract:The study aimed to assess the local gene expression of adipokine members, namely vaspin, adiponectin, visfatin, resistin and their associated receptors – heat shock 70 protein 5 (HSPA5), adiponectin receptor 1 (AdipoR1) and adiponectin receptor 2 (AdipoR2) – in bovine follicles during the preovulatory period and early corpus luteum development.
