Abstract:MYD88 L265P mutation is a gain-of-function driver mutation. It is observed in a significant proportion of Waldenstrom macroglobulinemia and activated B-cell subtype of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL; non-germinal center subtype).
