Expression of the CA1 determinant by carcinomas and by non-malignant epithelial cells in oral lesions

Abstract: We conclude that the Cal antibody is not sufficiently specific for the carcinoma to be of value in the diagnosis of malignant and premalignant lesions of the oral mucosa.
