Abstract:Genomic instability is a hallmark of cancer, and can be caused by oncogene-induced replication stress. Besides driving the evolution of cancer genomes, genomic instability can lead to the activation of inflammatory signaling, involving the cGAS-STING and JAK-STAT pathways.
