Abstract:The Vegetative insecticidal protein Vip3A is produced by some Bacillus thuringiensis strains from the mid-log growth phase to sporulation. Although Vip3A is important for the entomopathogenicity of B. thuringiensis, the vip3A gene regulation is unknown.
