Abstract:Aim: Standard treatment includes post-surgical chemoradiotherapy and adjuvant temozolomide (TMZ) for glioblastoma (GBM). There is no consensus on the optimal duration for adjuvant TMZ. This study assessed whether prolonging adjuvant TMZ improved survival outcomes.
