Extended Spectrum Beta Lactamase (ESBL) Producing Klebsiella pneumoniae , a therapeutic challenge.

Abstract: Introduction: Klebsiella pneumoniae is one of the most common Gram negative bacteria encountered byclinicians worldwide as a cause of infections in human.
