Extending Open Innovation: Orchestrating Knowledge Flows from Corporate Venture Capital Investments

Abstract: Although corporate venture capital (CVC) has been studied as part of open innovation (OI), assumptions about knowledge flows crossing organizational boundaries between “the inside” and “the outside” have limited those explorations.
