Extensive Pneumocephalus Secondary to Petrous Bone Cholesteatoma

Abstract: Pneumocephalus refers to air inside the cranium; however, otogenic pneumocephalus is rarely reported in the literature. The neurological presentations of pneumocephalus include headache, lethargy, confusion, disorientation, and seizure.
