Abstract:Articular fractures of the distal humerus in adults are challenging fractures requiring adequate surgical exposure for optimum reconstruction. Most commonly, an articular osteotomy of the olecranon is performed, but complications have been reported related to both creating and repairing the articular osteotomy.
