Abstract:Poorly differentiated chordoma is an exceedingly rare, aggressive subtype of chordoma. These tumors typically arise in the axial skeleton of young patients, most commonly the skull base, followed by the cervical spine. Herein, we present a 60-year-old patient with longstanding knee pain and nondiagnostic imaging, initially thought to be due to osteoarthritis.
