Abstract: In this paper, investigations of extra-long phosphorescence in organic materials and optical crystals at cryogenic temperatures are presented. This study continues the cycle of our previous works devoted to the physical mechanism understanding of the long-run phosphorescence excitation. We wish to create an advanced and efficient laser for the media based on the Shpolsky matrix analogue.
