Extra-mammary Paget’s disease of the penis

Abstract: Paget’s disease was first described in 1874 as an eczematoid changes of the nipple associated with underlying breast carcinoma. Extra-mammary Paget’s disease (EMPD) is rare with involvement of the male genitalia described in small case series and management options varying according to location and extent.
