Extracorporeal removal of immune complexes: Preparation and characterization of immobilized bovine conglutinin

Abstract: The binding of immune complexes to immobilized bovine conglutinin (K) was studied in order to develop an ex vivo immunoadsorbent system for the removal of circulating immune complexes.
