Abstract: Aim: This study investigated the inhibition of extract of Sophorae flavescentis radix–Cnidii fructus couplet medicines (ESCC) on Candida albicans ( C. albicans) in vitro and the effect of ESCC on the vaginal mucosal barrier in vivo.
