Extraction of Copper from Aqueous Solution with Functional Ionic Liquids: Experiment and Theoretical Calculation

Abstract: This work studied the extraction of copper (II) ions from aqueous solution with thiourea-appended imidazolium hydrophobic ionic liquids and the extraction mechanism by experiment and theory.
