Abstract:Depending on their fatty-acid profile, microbial oils have many industrial applications such as manufacturing biodiesel, nutraceuticals, essential oils and soaps. Our study aimed to extract microbial oil from Aspergillus niger and to study the biochemical characteristics of the extracted oil.
