Abstract: BACKGROUND Spinal dural arteriovenous fistula is the most common spinal vascular malformation. It usually presents with neurological deficits due to venous congestive myelopathy. Sometimes, however, the symptoms are radicular and can imitate those of a disc hernia or synovial cyst.
